We provide our hotels with ample information, advice and support to simplify the RFP process. We offer different levels of RFP services to suit your particular hotel's needs – from managing the submission and deadlines, to providing assistance with RFP completion, completing the bids, managing negotiations and rate loading.


Our partnerships with electronic RFP tool suppliers mean that we can offer our members the best ways to manage RFP efficiently. These include discounted licences to Lanyon – leading supplier of RFP tool used by hundreds of corporate travel managers – as well as marketing options.

Hotel Programmes

Supranational RFP service covers Consortia and Corporate RFPs. Participation in Consortia Hotel Programme offers hotels the opportunity to sell rooms through a large network of agencies. Being a preferred hotel within a corporate hotel programme offers the hotels the opportunity to sell rooms to travellers from a specific company.
